When will my order ship and how much will shipping cost?

  • We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. 
  • If you anticipate any large quantity requirements, or need special assistance or priority service to meet a special event date, please contact the customer service department before placing your order.
  • The shipping cost is calculated based on total weight, shipping destination & method of shipping. 
  • If you select expedited shipping, please note shipments will leave the next business day. 



There are items I ordered that are not on my packing list. When will those items ship and will I be charged again for shipping?

  • Occasionally, an item or items may become temporarily out of stock. In this situation, we ship all available in-stock items and ship the remaining items when they are available. These items will ship as soon as they become available at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If an item is discontinued and stock is no longer available, it may be removed from your order and you will be credited.



I have an item noted that it will ship from the factory. When will I receive the item?

  • These are "Drop Ship" items which are shipped directly from our vendors. Please allow 10-15 business days for these items to be delivered.
