Returns

At DQ Red Ribbon, we strive to bring you the best quality to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. For your convenience, items may be returned within 45 days.

Items being returned may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition.

All sales on closeout items are final. Returns cannot be made on closeout items.

Please note: If you receive a damaged, incorrect item or believe you are missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Return Procedures

1. Fill out and submit the form below OR contact our Customer Service Department at 800-320-9067.
2. State your reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number. (Be sure to have your order number and store number available). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
3. Send the items to be returned to the address listed below. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside.
